Digital product research
At Accenture, I supported research efforts across a variety of digital products to help inform UX, service design, and business decisions. My work involved gathering and synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative insights—ranging from user pain points and competitor analysis to digital trends and feature benchmarking.
This work sharpened my ability to turn complex information into clear, visual narratives. I focused on helping teams quickly grasp key insights and use them to drive meaningful design and strategy decisions.
I translated this data into clear, executive-ready presentations that were shared with internal teams and stakeholders. I worked closely with designers, strategists, and analysts to ensure findings were actionable and visually engaging, helping teams move from insights to impact with clarity and confidence.
